Today

Today, I’m sad. Today, I’m alone. Today, I’m dead. I am and the world spins around me. It doesn’t notice the screaming in my mind. It doesn’t notice the loneliness. It doesn’t care. Is today the first day of the rest of my life? Or, will today be the continuation of madness? If only someone could hear me. If only someone could understand if they did hear me. If only I could make God proud.
